"Our RV Purchase from Buyers Rv Mart In September 2007 we purchased a pre-owned 2004 Gulf Stream motorhome from Buyers RV at 681 W La Cadena Dr. in Riverside. In making our decision we did not feel pressured to buy from Buyers RV, Katrina was very helpful and knowledgable in answering questions about the motorhomes. We spent a great deal of time just looking at the motorhomes on our own and then found the one that we wanted. Once the transaction was made the rest of the details were carried out professionally and timely. The family worked together to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We also decided to purchase an extended warranty. In the months that followed we realized that our Dometic microwave convection oven was no longer working properly. As per the instructions on our warranty we attempted to contact a Dometic repair service who would remove the appliance and determine if it could be fixed. We met a lot of opposition and spent many hours and weeks on the phone as well as taking the motorhome to a ... On April 1, 2008, we stopped at Buyers RV Mart to tell them our story and ask for advice. We spoke with Katrina and arranged to bring the motorhome in on April 14. The microwave was removed and sent to a repair service. It was determined that the microwave could not be fixed and a new microwave convection oven was ordered. On April 22, we took the motorhome back and the new oven was installed - all of this in less than one month. Now, I would like to add, that Buyers RV Mart was under no obligation to help us in this matter. There was no monies to be gained by them and the purchase was out of their hands. However, they were so courteous and took the time from their busy schedules to take care of this. Katrina knew that we were leaving on a three week vacation at the end of April and she wanted to be sure that we had the microwave convection oven. "I looked for about 1 1/2 years for the perfect coach. Everything I saw was either dirty or mechanically flawed. You won't be wasting your time and gas driving to Buyers RV Mart. Very clean coaches at low blue book prices. My 2007 Bounder 32W is still under the Workhorse Warranty as well as many of the appliances. David made good on a few walk through inspection issues no problem. I bought my second coach first but the next time I am looking for a good, clean RV. I will diffenity check out David and Katrina's inventory. "
